CHP Management was founded by Charles Hunt, whose fundamental belief is that success lies in passion, hard work and continually striving for excellence. A career focused property manager, at 29 he was the youngest Senior Director at CBRE. In 2010 and 2015 he was awarded the honour of REIV Commercial Property Manager of the Year and in 2016 a finalist in the National REIA Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
